You will be receiving a confirmation email within 15 business days of submitting your order. From then your proof will be provided within 6-10 business days on new orders. Reorders will see a proof with your confirmation email.

Once you approve your proof you can anticipate your new orders shipping within an estimated 25 business days. 

If you need to cancel your order with Tervis please let us know and we will have it cancelled. 

Rush services are not available, and you will be required to stay within the current order timelines. 

If you cancel  an order after proofing has been approved a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply.
